EGYM Initial Consulation & Set-Up
EGYM Smart Strength Machines:
For Beginners. For Experts. For Real People. Smart Strength unlocks a new era of personalized workout experiences for all, combining effective exercises with a personalized, motivating user experience. The EGYM strength circuit takes just 20 minutes to complete – providing a full body workout in a short period of time. Workouts are customized and as you progress through each training, you will be served with workouts that will continue to challenge you and help you to build strength.

If you need a refresher, are coming back from an injury/surgery, or have been gone for a while, we will help you get back on track!
Get Started 1
Just joining the YMCA? Returning to a fitness routine following a break? Looking to reach new goals? Working around aches, pains, or injury? Our Get Started program includes 2 FREE sessions with a Wellness Coach. You will spend time with your coach reviewing your fitness history and short and long term goals to determine what tools and programs we have that would best help you move along in your wellness journey. These appointments are available to all members age 14+.

Functional Mobility
Functional Mobility is a 30 minute class that will help improve your range of motion and flexibility in a safe and functional way. It is a combination of yoga, targeted stretching and foam roller movements that will help you recover faster from strenuous workouts.

Silver Sneakers Stability
Silver Sneakers Stability: Get stronger and improve your balance through exercises that strengthen the ankle, knee and hip joints all in a fun and social setting. This class is designed specifically for fall prevention.

Friday Flow
This revitalizing morning flow is a Mind-Body Movement class that connects movement with breath. All levels are welcome!

Strong & Stable
A functional strength class designed to improve muscle strength, balance, and stability for everyday life. Exercises focus on movements that support activities of daily living such as standing, walking, lifting, and reaching. This class is performed standing and seated, with options to match individual ability levels. Participants will not be required to get up and down from the floor. Perfect for those looking to build confidence, maintain independence, and move safely with strength and control.

MX 4 Active
Our most popular class! In each 45 minute session, members will be guided through scientifically-validated programming designed to offer members a non-intimidating workout that:
-enhances stability to aid rehabilitation and reduce the risk of falls
-builds functional strength to reduce the risk of injury and maintain independence
-boosts flexibility for improved range of motion and greater freedom of movement
-improves cardiovascular health for increased energy and quality of life
-provides personal coaching and attention from a certified instructor

Functional Strength
Functional strength training focuses on exercising several muscles and joints together rather than working a particular muscle or group of muscles independently, resulting in an individual being able to: perform activities of daily living with greater ease. Build strength and confidence!

MX 4
MX4 Small Group Training is a 30-minute fresh, motivating exercise experience that delivers results you can see. Whether you’re striving to shed a few pounds, enhance performance or improve overall fitness,MX4 will help you achieve more with a mix of personal trainer attention, camaraderie and challenging progressive workouts.

Whether you’re striving to shed a few pounds, enhance performance or improve overall fitness, MX4 plus will help you achieve more with a mix of personal trainer attention, camaraderie and challenging progressive workouts.

Total Body Strength
A comprehensive 30 minute workout designed to target all major muscle groups in a single session. This type of workout is ideal for building balanced strength, improving muscular endurance, and enhancing overall fitness. This class is suitable for most fitness levels. Must be able to get up and down from the floor.

Strength Split
A strength-focused split program emphasizing upper, lower, and core training to develop balanced, athletic strength while reinforcing proper lifting technique, confidence, and control. This class is intended for individuals who can move pain-free and are able to safely get on and off the floor; it is not suitable for those with current movement limitations or injuries.

Cardio Conditioning
A high-energy conditioning class focused on building cardiovascular endurance using total-body exercises performed at sustained or interval-based intensities.
