Small Group Classes

MX 4
MX4 Small Group Training is a 30-minute fresh, motivating exercise experience that delivers results you can see. Only MX4 combines best-in-class training tools with exciting workouts to help you improve cardiovascular fitness, power, strength, and endurance in a way that’s right for your body and abilities. Whether you’re striving to shed a few pounds, enhance performance or improve overall fitness,MX4 will help you achieve more with a mix of personal trainer attention, camaraderie and challenging progressive workouts.
MX 4 Active
In each 45-minute session, members will be guided through scientifically-validated programming designed to offer members a non-intimidating workout that:
enhances stability to aid rehabilitation and reduce the risk of falls
builds functional strength to reduce the risk of injury and maintain independence
boosts flexibility for improved range of motion and greater freedom of movement
improves cardiovascular health for increased energy and quality of life
provides personal coaching and attention from a certified instructor
MX4 Plus
MX4 Plus Small Group Training is a 60-minute fresh, motivating exercise experience that delivers results you can see. Built on the 4 pillars of MX4 -Cardio, Power, Strength and Endurance- MX4 Plus combines best-in-class training tools with challenging workouts to help you reach your goals faster in a way that’s right for your body and abilities. Whether you’re striving to shed a few pounds, enhance performance or improve overall fitness, MX4 plus will help you achieve more with a mix of personal trainer attention, camaraderie and challenging progressive workouts.
Functional Mobility
Functional Mobility is a 30 minute class that will help improve your range of motion and flexibility in a safe and functional way. It is a combination of yoga, targeted stretching and foam roller movements that will help you recover faster from strenuous workouts.
Cardio Circuit
Cardio Circuit is a 30 minute, intense cardio workout that will be the perfect complement to your EGYM circuit or strength training routine. Appropriate for all fitness levels, cardio circuit will combine Intervals of high and low intensity cardio on machines and the floor to get your heart rate up and help you burn major calories.
Core and More
Core and more is a 30 minute workout that focuses on core strengthening exercises for abdominal and back muscles to improve posture and assist with improved functioning for a healthy lifestyle.
